Group fitness classes are on

Mondays, Wednesdays at 6 p.m.

Fridays at  5:00 pm 

and Saturdays at 9 a.m.

(Please note some classes may be rescheduled when trainer is offsite for Wellness Coaching)

This is a fun way of getting motivation from the energy you will feel while working out with a few others that have similar goals. But the best part is that you can still get one-on-one individual attention from your personal trainer. Reserve your spot!
